 Новината за това, че Професионална гимназия по механоелектротехника и електроника – Бургас, е избрана сред 10-те нови училища, включени в Програмата за училища посланици на Европейския парламент, идва преди броени дни.
„Първото, което си помислих, беше: „Механото успя!“. Почувствах се горда за пореден път с учителите, които работят тук, за това, че успяват да открият в своите интереси интересите на училището и да се насочат към нови постижения. Сигурна съм, че възможността учениците да се запознаят със своите права, със структурата и дейността на Европейския парламент, ще разшири кръгозора им и ще им покаже, че именно те могат да бъдат действената сила. Участието на нашата гимназия в Програмата за училища посланици в ЕП ще ни предостави трибуната, от която се нуждаят учениците, за да споделят своите идеи и възгледи, и ще спомогне за тяхното израстване като активни европейски личности, способни да влияят върху обществения и политическия живот в България и ЕС“.
