По традиция на този ден в ПГМЕЕ се провежда ден на ученическото самоуправление, но от миналата година го отбелязваме по още един, по-специален, начин – с благотворителен базар на кулинарни изделия в подкрепа на деца с увреждания от нашия град. Искрено се надяваме и вярваме, че този базар също ще се превърне в наша традиция.
Толкова е вдъхновяващо да видиш как цяла една училищна общност от учители, ученици и родители се обединяват окола една обща кауза – да помогнат. А радостта от това, че гражданите на Бургас, с готовност се включиха в инициативата ни като си купиха лакомство от нас ни завладя.
Миналата година базарът имаше голям успех, но силно се надявахме тази година да го надминем. Ето защо се обърнахме кам всички в нашето училище – ученици, учители, родители с покана да се включат с нещо приготвено от тях. Честно да си признаем, очаквахме подкрепа, но не очаквахме да е в толкова голям мащаб. Изключително сме благодарни на всеки, който се включи и допринесе освен с кулинарно изделие и с частица от сърцето си за каузата. Благодарение на вас успяхме, надминахме миналогодишната събрана сума почти два пъти.
